Product Description
(4 mm Scale)
Note this is the body and footplate only the roof is not supplied with this model.
Designed to print in White Natural Versatile or PA12 Plastic and Smooth Fine Detail Plastic.
I have based this design on the Port Stewart Tram Engine which is now housed in the Ulster Transport Museum. The model is designed to use the Kato 11-104 or new 11-110 chassis. The print is in two parts, the body, and the footplate with boiler details. The simple roof can easily be formed in a number of materials. Plasticard, Cardboard, Gum paper tape, and many others. This gives the option of forming your own roof detail. The model comes with basic couplings printed under the footplate.
Note the roof shown in the pictures was formed with layers of gum paper tape formed over a suitable bottle. It forms a very rigged and strong curved roof.
