Product Description
Made for a C3 profile, feed slot 6 3/8" long (162mm), Width of 16.5mm, and a Track Depth of 19mm
This final print includes two bottom nipple key pins with center holes to mark the drilling locations within the feed slot.
The key pins prevent the insert from sliding vertically when sail slugs are pulled up or down.
Each guide hole will hole a #55 drill bit. Hit the bits to mark the central positioning of the insert.
Remove the insert to center-punch the marks and drill with 3/16" bit.
The texture of the nylon can be dyed a color.
