This is a set of four identical 3-sided dice, provided in a cage to reduce the cost by about 25%.
These dice have the special feature (for odd-face-count dice) of clearly showing the value on a flat surface, face-up.
The cage is fairly easy to cut to release the dice - see the slightly whimsical instructions on the set of 4 fudge dice page.
