Product Description
This is an Axe head.
The original was made of Bronze. Beyond that, I know nothing - I took the form from a Replica in my possesion. It is a fairly generic style of Axe with no real distinguishing features. I do not know enough about Bronze age axes to describe it further or assign it a date.
Nothing survives of the haft - but it can be assumed given it's form that it would be wedged into the limb of a branch or antler and bound with sinew.
The Replica is near enough 1:1
I have not yet received my copy of this and so I cannot vouch for its quality or suitability for purpose - but I will update this description when I have confirmed all is right and well.
