sky ride bracket

This is a special bracket that was done by request.  It needs the special sky ride tubs to finish the cars.  The user will need to add a brass wire to connect the tub to the bracket.  The Tubs have a predrilled hole to put the brass rod into and the hangar here will need to have a small axle inserted or a tiny rivit to hold the brass rod in place that will loop around the axle so the tub is free to hang straight down.
