1/700 Peanut Cog

So... I polished off a screw-top bottle of Rosé (don't judge, this brand was still using corks when I first discovered it), and I was playing with the cap.  I eventually squeezed it so that the rim distorted into a peanut shape and the top of the cap became bowed.  When I put it back on the table, it rocked for a bit like a fat little boat.  So, that gave me an idea, and about half an hour later, I found myself typing up this description.
