PLAN Chong Qing Missile Cruiser, 1/2400

The PLAN Chong Qing was an Arethusa-class cruiser deflected from the Nationalist Armed Forces to the PLA during the civial war. The cruiser was eventually sunk by Nationalist air force and was later raised. The ship was deemed unfit to be rebuilt thus the Soviet salvaging assistance stripped the ship and left the hull to the PLAN for use as a barrack ship. Should the ship survived the 60s, it will probably be converted to a guilded missile cruiser which includes the HY-1 missiles that were installed on the 051 Destoyers.
