Eltanni Light Cruiser

Unusual for an Eltanni ship, the light cruiser is armed with a mix of short and long range weapons, and is somewhat slower than the mainline heavy cruiser. Still, that doesn't seem to keep light cruiser crews from charging insanely into point blank range.
