1/87 Scale 3ft Crab Pots

These are a pair of coastal crab pots, they are 3 foot wide and 3 feet deep. These do print, just be extremely  careful cutting them out of the cage. Use a textile mesh fabric for the pot neting material. The door is not attached, so cover it in the same material, then using a thread connect it losely enough for that the door can swing down, as well as up over the top. Inside each side is the guides for the tunnels. Connect your material to these, but leave the center area open. 
These are 1 of many types of crab pots used for coastal crabbing boats. Normally less than 50 foot long. Lobster stype boats could also use these. I personally designed these for a 34 foot 1 person boat I made in 1/87  HO Scale.
